A graduate in Environmental Science from Maseno University, he has worked with Suba Environmental Education of Kenya, Mikoko Pamoja, and Eden: People + Planet. He is skilled in mangrove ecology, restoration techniques, biodiversity monitoring, and community engagement. Kelvin has coordinated restoration activities across Lamu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Tana River, and Kwale, ensuring both ecological recovery and community benefit. Combining technical rigor with cultural understanding of the coast, he champions mangrove conservation as both an ecological and cultural heritage.
